We are pleased to introduce you to our Sentinelle oyster, raised according to the French tradition and fed on the riches of our Irish seas.

For nearly three years, the French naissain is cared for by our French teams with strong local involvement in the bays of Trawenagh and Dundrum. This collaboration between our Breton know- how and the environmental richness of Ireland allows us to obtain an exceptional oyster with a unique taste.

The Sentinelle oyster is recognized for its subtle taste, with hints of hazelnut and almond, and a lingering iodine finish in the mouth. Its pearly shell contains a fleshy and crunchy white flesh, contrasting with the dark edges of the mantle. 

It is a must-try for gourmets and connoisseurs, a light from the sea with an Irish spirit that will delight you.
