Coming from several generations of oyster farmers, Celine’s oyster has established itself as a must-have reference among Cancale’s products.

Awarded since 2007 at the Paris General Agricultural Competition, Celine’s oysters received two new gold medals in 2020, seducing many palates. Today, a new chapter is turning as we take over the farm.

Our goal is simple: to produce local oysters while maintaining our standards and know-how. By taking over the brand, we want to continue writing the unique story of a Cancale family.

The shell, round and smooth, contains an oyster with a clear and slightly transparent mantle. This oyster has a surprising crunch and texture. Its powerful and iodized flavor goes perfectly with the acidity of a lemon juice or a shallot vinegar.

To be enjoyed with a slice of butter... salted, of course !
