We are passionate about our profession and we are determined to offer our customers a taste experience thanks to our products with unique characteristics and an inimitable taste.
Our know-how lies in our ability to adapt to our environment. Our explorations have allowed us to establish our cultures in high quality waters. Some of our bays are not open to the sea like the majority of bays but are enclosed inland and connected to the sea by a very small mouth. These bays are often fed by a large influx of fresh water which allows the creation of the nutrients necessary for the proper development of oysters.
These specificities gave us the opportunity to develop a new production technique that we are the only ones to practice. The product that results from this production is truly out of the ordinary: its taste is sweet and mild, it is fleshier and installed in a robust and dark shell in the shape of a delicate drop.
We have six oyster farms located in France and Ireland, on which teams capable of working with the same know-how are installed. In France, our parks are located in Cancale, in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, and we also have a packaging site on the island of Oléron, in Charente-Maritime.
Our Irish operations are located across the country. To the southeast is the Bannow Bay. Clew Bay is located in the northwest of the country. In County Donegal we have Trawenagh Bay and Dundrum Bay is located in Northern Ireland.
