Made by peeling, pitting, refining and blending mango puree from an Alphonso variety of Indian origin and a Chato De Ica variety of Peru origin.

1 same quality, 2 solutions: chilled HPP (doypack) or frozen (tray).
The HPP process is an alternative to traditional heat treatments, suitable for heat-sensitive fruits. Bacterial and enzymatic flora are reduced, yeasts and molds are inactivated, and vitamins are preserved!

Large formats are also available: in 5 and 10 kg softbags (chilled HPP), or in 10 kg buckets (frozen).

Mango puree is also available in a sweetened version (7%).
