Our Canned Albacore TunaCaught between the Bay of Biscay and southern Ireland between August and October, during the peak season, Albacore white tuna (Thunnus allalunga) is renowned for its delicate, pale flesh. We process it exclusively fresh, knife-cut, and hand-packed.
You can find it in its natural state or in oil, but also prepared flaked, marinated, or served with wakame seaweed.
