Our mackerel are caught in peak season, between October and March: this guarantees the flavor and tender texture that are essential to us. They are cooked in court-bouillon, then filleted with scissors and hand-packed.
Our mackerel fillets are perfectly tender, whether served plain or with sauces specially developed for this fish.

Our Canned Albacore Tuna
Caught between the Bay of Biscay and southern Ireland between August and October, during the peak season, Albacore white tuna (Thunnus allalunga) is renowned for its delicate, pale flesh. We process it exclusively fresh, knife-cut, and hand-packed.
You can find it in its natural state or in oil, but also prepared flaked, marinated, or served with wakame seaweed.
