This pastry is made from a specific know-how in our production in Brest.
Our kouign-amann are distributed in bakeries and restaurant chains.
For the preparation, it takes 2 hours of pushing for the dough.
We recommend baking for 20 to 25 minutes at 180° and then letting it cool for about 20 minutes. Then, unmold it and serve it on the other side.
The product once cooked weighs 90g.
