Since 2019, the company has been carefully selecting fish, shellfish and crustaceans from Breton fishermen, producers and fish auctions. Wild, seasonal, fresh and fully traceable products for demanding chefs. Committed to protecting the ocean, they use 100% recyclable packaging and are recognized by the Collège Culinaire de France.
