More than 20 years of experience in this tartare! It was developed by Henri Courtois, founder of the brand, and a Parisian chef. The idea: to enable the French to become familiar with the flavours of these marine plants, without lacking taste. Since then, he has spearheaded the brand and led the development of the range.
