2. EQUIPMENT MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Nominal speed: 20 000 to 60 000 chicks / hour (single or double line)
• Other higher speed capacity up to 120 000 chicks / hour or more, depending on design of the chick processing line

• H M I display for control and data collection:
• Individual flock identification
• Counts per flock and per session
• Number of chicks per box
• Different conveyor belts to separate the chicks
• Counting head: Accurate Laser Technology for very precise counting and minimum maintenance (no calibration is needed)
