It's hard to resist this delicacy, which has been seducing the masses since 1973. Did you know that we patented our recipe back then? And it's been copied, but never equalled, for over 40 years. Just ask our customers! To try it is to adopt it. But be warned, this is a very long-term adoption.

Our madeleines are made in Charente-Maritime. In our chocolate workshop, we perpetuate our know-how to keep the chocolate hard and crunchy. It's the combination of this crunchiness and the softness of the madeleine that makes our recipe so delicious and addictive.

Chocolate coques are Maison Colibri's signature recipes. That's why we have a dedicated workshop to make them. And that's why we continue to innovate our recipes with them. Initially we only had the dark chocolate shell, but now we have the milk chocolate shell: a real treat.

A little sweet made in our workshop in Pons, Charente-Maritime, to the delight of our taste buds.
