Maturation: Matured in Breton oak casks followed by Oloroso sherry casks

A true symbol of the distillery's values, this Armorik showcases both the quality of its craftsmanship and its deep connection to the Breton terroir. Through a partnership with a local cooper, the distillery sourced unique casks of Breton oak. Armorik Double Maturation rests in these casks for many years before being transferred to sherry casks for a second maturation.

Made from organically grown French barley and distilled in our traditional pot stills, it exemplifies our commitment to creating an exceptional single malt that reflects the Breton character: a rich and fruity whisky, more respectful of the environment.

It received the award for "Best European Single Malt Whisky" at the 2013 World Whiskies Awards and "Double Gold" at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Nose: A beautiful balance between fruity notes of mirabelle plum and citrus, and a spicy, vanilla side.
Palate: A soft and rounded attack of honey, the complexity of the product then reveals itself with notes that are at once spicy, slightly woody and ripe fruit in a beautiful volume.
Final note: Very long, with notes of spices, biscuits and orange marmalade.
