The TN 200 slicer Lis currently in operation at several of the most well-known smoked salmonid manufacturers in France, Germany, Spain, Scotland, the Baltic States, Poland, Switzerland, and Canada.
The TN 200 is the benchmark slicer for smoked fish:
– Very high-quality slice presentation
– Controlled slice size and thickness
– High slicing capacity (220 cycles/min)
– Controlled hygiene and food safety
– Very low losses (less than 1%)
– Very low operating and maintenance costs
The TN 200 V364 slicer can be connected to a DDV 400 combination module; UVC production is automated (fixed/variable number of slices and unit weight)
With connecting conveyors, diverters, rework stations, etc.
The first TN 200 slicer (in the initial version V355) has been in operation since 1999!
In France, PROCONCEPT TN 200 slicers now represent nearly 70% of the industrial capacity for slicing smoked salmon and trout.
