STACEM manufactures high-precision seals, machined on CNC lathes from all the elastomers used in our workshops, in all hardnesses and colors.
Many other thermoplastic materials such as Peek, PTFE and Delrin are also processed by our machining department.
Pieces are inspected using traditional methods (inspection pin, calipers, etc.), as well as optical three-dimensional measuring equipment.
We machine circular profiles of various shapes, as well as more complex parts such as bellows.
