Mix Buffet is the French leader in deli products, with 25 years of expertise and knowledge that allow us to serve a large number of markets: frozen, chilled and in-store bakery, each one offering a different area of expertise.
From mixed salad to puff pastries, through snacking, pizzas or appetizers, our company offer a wide range of products and sizes adapted to all needs. In our family-run workshop, bakers apply their expertise in puff dough and pastry, proudly carrying on a time-honored French tradition.
Continuous innovation allows it to adapt to consumer preferences, emerging trends, and diverse tastes worldwide. In 2024 Mix Buffet launched a range of mini desserts.
