Convinced of the importance of eating well, our mission is to offer healthy and quality ingredients, for both professionals, from bakers to pizza makers, and homemade lovers. This is why our product range does not stop to flour and includes ingredients such as our deactivated and dehydrated sourdough (rye or wheat) or our gluten, but also ready-to-use preparations for pizza or bread ; as we want to make accessible organic ingredients, but also facilitate homemade meals.
To do so, we source our wheat from local producers, which enables us to have a stable and consistent quality in our products. Equipped with an optical sorter system, we combine technology to our traditional know-how to produce a flour of rare purity.
Our company is particularly attentive to food safety. We are certified FCA (Feed Chain Alliance), which guarantees traceability at every step of our production, from the receipt of our raw material to the expedition of our final products.
