Our organic fermented carrot powder, with a guaranteed level of over 10µg/g of 100% natural vitamin B12. It is the first certified organic vitamin B12 solution, produced in France, available for vegan or vegetarian formulations. With a recommended daily allowance of 2.5 micrograms (according to INCO regulation), it is possible to obtain a "source of" vitamin B12 claim with less than 40mg of this powder.
