For us, 3D scanning is used in all phases of projects that require it. Before the design stage, our teams need to take the right measure of the existing state and obtain accurate, complete and reliable data to enable you to plan ahead. During the project, 3D surveys are used to identify problems and monitor progress.

Before the project:
Laser scanning is a decision-making tool. It allows for precise capture of the existing conditions, providing comprehensive data for efficient cost estimation and planning. This includes the creation of a "As Existing" (As-As-Is) model, representing the volumes of free and occupied space. The captured data also enables detailed audits and analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

During the project:
It is a tool for managing risks and monitoring progress, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. On a skid construction site, monitoring via 3D scanning allows for the rapid identification of deviations from the initial plan and the implementation of necessary measures. It is also useful for handling and securing the work site. Furthermore, taking measurements from photographs simplifies adjustments.

After the project:
Upon completion of the project, we can provide you with the complete As-Built (As-Built) file.
