French desserts in jars, handcrafted in Saint Malo

Saint-Malo has always been open to the world and its exploration. Inspired by the Route du Rhum, Michelin-starred chef Luc Mobihan revisited the baba by combining different culinary influences, blending local products with exotic flavors.
Since 2017, we have been making our babas in an artisanal workshop in Saint-Malo, Brittany. We use local products, work with the Domaine de Bellevue in Marie-Galante for our rum, and regularly create new recipes or ranges based on this now essential single-product.
Our baba is the ideal dessert for an impromptu dinner. Ready to eat, it can be accompanied by a scoop of ice cream, homemade whipped cream, or fresh seasonal fruit.
