UFAB has been heavily involved in organic production for 50 years. 200 French farmers have chosen to entrust us with their different organic crops which we handle, store and process.

UFAB Ingredients offers products and services for food industry manufacturers and distributors, with the mission to:

  • Support the food transition  by increasing the share of plant-based options at the center of the plate, through a range of legume-based textured ingredients (TVP). 
  • Promote healthier and more tasty eating with functional flours that contribute to the development of clean label ready meals.
  • Provide customized formulation and production services for plant-based textured ingredients tailored to industrial needs.


We produce protein Flours and starchy flours out of peas and faba beans.
Our TVP are available in both conventional and certified organic (AB) quality.
  We offer natural, non-GMO* ingredients made without any chemical additives or processing.
