Guillevic Ciders : Gwennic & Blanc d’Armorique – Premium Organic cider– 75 cL

The Guillevic apple is a wonderful old French cider apple variety which produces a sweet, golden and highly aromatic cider, similar colour to Champagne.
We have worked around this amazing apple to propose 3 vintages :

Gwennic Moelleux :
Soft and mellow cider, enjoy the fine and fruity Guillevic apple aroma together with the softness of the 4 to 6 months mid term fermentation.
A perfect combination to finish a meal, or enjoy a cosy week-end “aperitif” with friends

Gwennic Sec :
This subtle rich gold coloured and sharp Guillevic cider will seduce you : 9 to 10 months of slow fermentation yields a smooth and tangy and refreshing taste with hints of pear and citrus fruit. No surprise a selection of Michelin starred restaurants propose it on their menu.

Blanc d’Armorique :
This blend has become over the years the flagship of the MAISON SEHEDIC : light gold colour, dry, mineral, the tart apples Avrolles with the right touch of Guillevic apples yield an “almost sparkling white wine” result, together with the ease and gracefulness of fine cider. No wonder high end restaurants have placed it on their menu.

Gwennic Moelleux : Tender & tangy , 4% vol – 5 months fermentation

Gwennic Sec : Fine & fruity, 5,5% vol - 10 months fermentation

Blanc d’Armorique : Crisp & tangy, 5,5% vol – 10 months fermentation

Organic, pure juice, naturally sparkling, slow fermentation, no added sugar.
