The tasting:
To the eye, we appreciate the flat oyster Prat-Ar-Coum for its fleshy physical (its rate of flesh) and his beautiful range of colors made from shades of beige and brown.
In the crunch, we are surprised by his firmness and texture reminiscent of the shells.
Once bitten, the flat oyster releases a concentrated marine and slightly metallic flavors that flood the palate. Some then find the taste of hazelnut.
The flat Prat-Ar-Coum oyster is a powerful identity unique flavor prolongs the pleasure of tasting thanks to its incomparable mouth length.

Oyster farmer based in Abers's country in Brittany for 5 generations we cultivate crassostrea gigas and ostrea edulis from natural spats to adult size. With a domain of 100 hectares we produce +/- 500 tons per year.
