On-board technology increasingly ensures our consumers safety with regard to the origin and quality of the product:

• IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) freezing.
• Automation of waterjet cutting, X-ray scanner.
• Complete and uninterrupted traceability at sea and on land.

Indeed, aboard our vessel Emeraude, we produce high quality single frozen at sea MSC-certified Cod & Saithe products.

Our Cod (Gadus Morhua) offer:

• Fishing area: Atlantic North-East - Area FAO 27 - subareas I & II
• PBI fillets 8-16 oz, 16-32 oz and 32+ oz
• Elaborated skin less and PBO products : loins (vaccum or interleaved), portions and fillets
• Available in 7 kg cartons for Food Service & Industry and in B-to-C formats for Retail

Our Saithe (Pollachius Virens) offer:

• Fishing area: Atlantic North-East - Area FAO 27 - subareas I, II, IIIa, IV & VI
• PBI skin less fillets from 3/5 oz to 32+ oz
• Elaborated skin less and PBO products : loins (vaccum or interleaved), portions and fillets
• Available in 7 kg cartons for Food Service & Industry and in B-to-C formats for Retail.
