DJEEP's assembly processes are custom-designed to produce top quality lighters.
Specialized equipment analyzes 100 % of the lighters. For example, DJEEP uses sophisticated camera equipment to precisely measure flame conformity. Each lighter is tested by lighting and extinguishing it to ensure it meets our top-quality criteria before it leaves DJEEP' s factory.
Finally, DJEEP employees have a unique know-how that allows them to produce top quality lighters. They are directly responsible for the quality control of all DJEEP lighters.
